Programs

Mindfulness and Self-Compassion based approaches to health and wellness.

Together we explore learning mindfulness and self-compassion following a structured approach using research proven programs. Sessions follow the Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) or Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programs. Currently, private virtual sessions are being offered.

Self-compassion is treating ourselves during times of struggle like we would treat a good friend…with kindness and understanding.

Mindfulness is being in the present moment with openness and curiosity. It is about training your mind muscle for greater awareness.
